I read dream theory. When we sleep and dream, our bodies and minds would rather move actively than rest. In addition, our brains during sleep experience five stages of sleep one after each other in a cycle for 90 minutes and then enter REM sleep. If we don't get enough sleep. It causes some problems like short time memory and difficulty making judgments in five stages and anxious or irritable feeling in REM sleep.
In my opinion, this site is useful and interesting. To be specific, I could learn why people should sleep and how people fall asleep in a dream theory. And also I agree with interpreting dreams. I think they express my unconscious feeling such as desire or fear. To spend a better life in reality, I will try to practice to dream what I hope as the text book says.
